We created a demographic report booklet for NYU alumni club volunteer leaders using both in-depth analysis and user-focused infographic design. First, we analyzed the client’s data in a detailed report in Excel. This report utilized multiple pivot tables for each club’s dataset. Based on these findings, we designed a user-friendly graphic report booklet that was printed and distributed to alumni volunteers throughout the United States. The booklet was focused on providing clear visuals and easily understood data to guide their volunteer strategies. Our ability to create a fluid user experience from the raw data to the final design product helped our client realize their desired communication outcomes.
The final print size of the piece was 5.5″ x 8″ and it was 54 pages long.
